Having been introduced to 3D printing at the June 2019 meeting of SMWTS, I have been working at integrating 3D printing with my woodturning for nearly four years. In addition to demonstrating 3D printing, I will demonstrate how I use my 3D printers in my woodturning, in at least two different ways. First, by discussing and showing 3D tools that I can safely use in turning and finishing my woodturned pieces, and second, by showing how I have combined 3D printed parts into some of my woodturned pieces.
I will bring some 3D printed things, which I have found useful in my woodturning, to give away at the meeting.
